初ジムワーク

年始早々の高熱イベントから解き放たれ、今年初のジムワーク。

・シャドー
・ミット
・バッグ
・筋トレ
・ストレッチ

今年の課題は左のバリエーションを増やすこと、ディフェンス(からオフェンスに繋げる)。そしてエアボクシング復活。年末にTトレーナーに課題を相談したら、早速メニューの提案をいただいたので実践のみ。

まだ病み上がりなので、もう少しキツイかなーと覚悟してましたが、後半はとてもキモチ良く動けました。少しづつ上げていって、マスの練習や出稽古も計画していこうと思います。

My tasks in this year are two things. One is to expand the way to offense from my left hand. The other is improving my defense which should be changed to offense automatically as much as possible.

Oh I’ve almost forgot to tell the most important thing:Coming back to Air Boxing Tournament this coming spring!!!
My trainer taught me a menu to achieve my goal, so All I have to do is just to do it.

I thought I felt more exhausted during the training because of the full,but I could concentrate on all the work out and did good performance which made me relieved.
I’m gonna plan to do Mas boxing or to go out to other gyms for train with other boxers.
